We’ve wanted to make these available for a while but have struggled to 
find a place to put them, so we’ve opted for the simplest option. A note 
on the annotations, they are a cross annotation done for the purpose of 
comparisons across the genome set, and we think they serve this purpose 
well. Of course, if you are interested in one specific species there are 
likely ways to improve any one specific species’ annotation, but 
hopefully the cross annotation provides a good starting point for 
comparative studies in particular.
