[HELICONIUS] Question about Heliconius erato/mel race map

From time to time, several of us are asked about various Heliconius
things, and know the answer. It occurred to me I should make a HELICONIUS
mailing list record, suitably edited, of these requests and replies, when
they aren't confidential. Here is the first.
