Hi all,<br>
<br>
The neuroConstruct website (<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
href="http://www.neuroConstruct.org">http://www.neuroConstruct.org/</a>)
has been updated with pages giving a summary
of some of the example projects illustrating the core neuroConstruct
functionality (Examples tab)<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
href="http://www.neuroConstruct.org/samples"></a> and some published
models which have been converted to
neuroConstruct/NeuroML format (Models tab).<a
class="moz-txt-link-freetext"
href="http://www.neuroConstruct.org/models"></a><br>
<br>
These are mainly updated versions of the examples included in
the normal code distribution, but a <a
href="http://www.physiol.ucl.ac.uk/research/silver_a/neuroConstruct/models/index.html#RothmanEtAl_KoleEtAl_PyrCell">new
example</a> has been included which was
used in a paper just published in Nature (<em>Jason S. Rothman,
Laurence Cathala, Volker Steuber, R. Angus Silver, Synaptic depression
enables neuronal gain control. Nature 2009</em>).<br>
<br>
The plan is to expand this list (we working on a number of neocortical,
cerebellar and hippocampal models...), and keep these projects up to
date
with the latest version of NeuroML, etc. If you have developed any
project with neuroConstruct which you would
like to see here, please get in touch!<br>
